Eagle Lake Business Center Roofing Project in Maple Grove, MN

Eagle Lake Business Center III was originally a ballasted EPDM roofing system that was fully tore off down to the steel deck.  Craig Mielke worked with a local roof consultant on a full roof replacement specification.  The new roof was put on in 2019 with a Firestone 60 Mil Fully Adhered EPDM Roofing System and carries a Firestone 20 Year no dollar limit Warranty on all labor and materials.  Please contact Craig Mielke for more information about this project.
