Commercial flex space complex in Fridley, MN

This project for Summerhill Commercial Real Estate included full roof replacement on multiple buildings. The old roofs were in rough shape, and all had very poor drainage. As Scott Steigauf managed this project a brand new fully tapered insulation system was developed along with all new primary drainage scuppers. The result is that the new roofs now have excellent drainage, a huge plus for any commercial building. Coordination and communication on this 3-crew project were yet again key factors to a successful outcome.
