City Bella Villas Roofing Project in Richfield, MN

After having to deal with roof leaks for many years, the owners of this high-rise condo decided it was time to replace their roof in 2021.  To do so, they needed a contractor who could handle the challenge of replacing a roof 160 feet up in the air.  Allweather Roof rose to the occasion.  Diligent planning was paramount in making this project a success, as there were many obstacles to work around, and many trades to coordinate with.  Considering the height of this building, safety was always top of mind too.  In the end, Allweather Roof was able to safely and successfully install a new Adhered 90 Mil E.P.D.M. roof system and provide the Owner with a 30-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty.   This project was a great success and a testament to Allweather Roof’s professionalism, safety, and quality roof installations.
